SV Excel Performance Suggestion 2013/2016

Since the recent release of Office either 2013 or 2016 it has been noted by users that Smart View performance has taken a hit.. when it maybe or maybe not entirely be the case.

Which ever you maybe, that is okay, here is a suggested tip to help with the "Smart View performance" degradation.

A few easy steps, make sure that you are an administrator on your local machine and/or you have the proper privileges to execute like activities.

Step 1: “My Computer”, right-click

Step 2: Properties

Step 3: Click Advanced system settings

Step 4: Advanced (tab)
Step 5: Performance “Settings…” (button)

Step 6: Select “Adjust for best performance” (radio)

Step 7: Click OK

Step 8: Click OK
